Changing filter from a bookmark

Hello,

For the longest time, i have been able to click a bookmark to filter my PBI view.  MY first step is to clck the US19 wont fill button. It then gets me to the view below. 

If i want to go from this point and drill down further (example exclude (BLANK) as well)...i click it and it resets the view entirely like below.

It didnt always do this. Any idea if it a setting that needs to be changed?
