Changing excel data set path way
Hi, so I have am excel dataset for my report and I just had a little clear out of my files and decided to reorganise but it seemed to have cause an issue with my report in desktop.
Does the location of the excel file have to stay in the same area at all times?
I did try to update the file path but it was just not sorting the report out.
Also, does changing the name of the report and then publishing have any affect on how it works?

We can not read the error message in the image. To change the tables on a same spreadsheet you need to double click the navigation steps and choose others table in the file.Paul Zheng _ Community Support Team

Anonymous , if you have changed file name or column name, You have to handle those. You can correct location from transform data -> edit data sources
