Changing data format from several columns to one appended column

Hello, I have some data that has appointments and a delimited list of users for said appointment in one column. I can split out the attendees into individual columns but I want to then be able to count how many meetings each individual has. Example below of what I am trying to achieve

 Attendee Query.PNG

Thank you
