Changing Tachometer's Target Value display value format

I wanted to write this here to save someone else going through a similar frustration.  This might be relevant to visuals other than the Tachometer too.  Since google didn't come up with any results, this post may instead.  Fortunately through brute force i came to the solution.

I had a tachometer that was displaying this:
Capture.PNG

But wanted it to show this:
Capture2.PNG

Under the Format section of the visualisation settings, there is no Display or Precision box to update.  Eventually I figured out that the "Axis Labels" settings carry over to the Target, even if the "Axis Labels" is set to 'Off'.  So the solution here is to turn 'Axis Labels' on, set your Display and Precision, then turn the "Axis Labels" off again.

Hope someone else finds this useful.
