Changing Live Connection from Azure Analysis Services tabular model to Power BI published Dataset

Hi All,

I have created a live connection report on Azure analysis services tabular model. Report is bulky enough as I am using lot of bookmarks and visuals. I created a similar data model like AAS in Power BI with import mode to same datasource. All components in this new report is same like: tables, calculated tables, calculated columns and measures.

I have published this report to services. Is there a way I can change the live connection of my earlier report (pointing to AAS model) to this published dataset. In both cases it is a live connection and even the data model or all other components are same.

I know there is a way to zip the old file and changing the connection file within. But it is not working in my case.

Can anyone help me if this can be done in Power BI.

Thanks
