Changing Data hierarchy displayed by selecting slicer value

I hope that you could support me on this topic.

I had created a hierachy as following

I built a matrice as following:

And a slicer as following:

When no value is selected it is displaying higher hierarchy level as wanted  7

But When I select a value, the previous screeshop filtered is displayed whe I would like that the next hierarchy level related to the hiigher level selected within the slicer appears as following

 Does a solution exist to do it without touching to arrows to drilldown?
