Changing Data by Creating Home Page

Hello experts, 
Hope you are fine. 

My Ques is: I created dashboareds for customors for Microsoft as an example, this customors pass through 3 Stages: 1, 2, & 3 and firstly all customers are in first stage.

For example, two customers will be move seconed stage, can I have selection in home page for this two and change their stage from 1 to 2. Is possible in power  BI? if yes, HOW?
