Changing Data Source will ruin Refresh on my Reports
Hello all,
Recently I have encountered an issue where I changed my sources table name in the database I was using. This then made me encounter this error.
After some digging I realized I would have to go in and manually alter the table name in powerquery of every report in order to allow them properly refresh. This meant a good chunk of time was wasted due to having multiple reports to alter. My issue now is that in the near future I will be redirecting my source to a different database that houses all of the same data with the same table names, will I have to redo this process again, or is there a less time consuming way when changing sources?
Any help is appreciated.
