Changing Data Source - Excel to Smartsheet

I have identical columns and headers in both Excel and Smartsheet since the Excel is a download of the Smartsheet.  I created a Power Bi Dashboard using the Excel sheet.  This was not a good idea because the data changes.  I want to switch to the Smartsheet.  I tried to just change the 'Source and Navigation' but this just gave me a bunch of errors.   I'm really hoping I don't have to start over.  A ton of measures.  What should I do?  Thanks all.

    Medmanage101 , You need a bit of work here. First, add the smartsheet, then look at the steps. Then carefully replace the steps in the old code
