Hello,
Here is what I have. Total Sales visual for Regions and drill down to Countries.
I would like to be able to show drill down of Countries if only one Region is selected.
I could have buttons for Regions and Countries linked to bookmarks and switch between the visuals, but I would like it to be dynamically displayed without user clicking and I don't think it's possible to "activate" button without clicking on it.
So I tried Conditional formatting for bar and background colours, that's where I got to:
once one Region is selected - both bars and background are transparent and I could underlie another visual to display only Countries (and would need to work around on labelling etc)
The issue with this is that by selecting more than one Region the bar colour is now ignoring my measure and is automatically set up to white transparent. It looks like this:
Not good.
I tried the other way around, where Countries chart is on front and colours are transparent unless the Region equals one and visually it works, however drill down from Region chart becomes unavailable due to Layer order.
Has anyone came across it and possible work around?
This seems to be very similar request but, sadly, without currently available solution.
Hi, @Masha
For your first question, link the region and country buttons to the bookmarks and switch between visual effects to display them dynamically, this can be done by trying to show the bookmarks as a slideshow and of course by tapping a start.
For details, please refer to the following document, hope it can help you.
