Hello Community team,
I want to change the account associated with the community to a personal account. As of now it is associated with a work account. Is it possible to change the current work account to a personal account so that the badges and the achievements will be transferred to the new personal account.
Also, under my settings I am not able to see the current email address.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance..!

Hi @Angith_Nair !
Unfortunately, Microsoft does not support transferring badges and achievements between accounts directly. You might need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance with this specific request.
Thank you
