Change the time on a dynamic date

Hello everyone

I'm trying to replicate a column calculated from a Tableau report to Power BI, basically I want to change the time of the dates I just want to change the time for example instead of having started at 07:15:00 a.m to change to 07:00:00 and then be able to take the difference of minutes between what should have been with what it really was.

Below I place the formula that I want to replicate.

That's not what that formula does.  It moves the time either to 7 am or to 7 pm based on Day or Night shift.

 

Please provide sample data that covers your issue or question completely.
