Change the data source to take it from Service

Hello

I have a pbix with many pages and a large data model.

As that data model is going to serve me for several pbix, I would like me to divide the pbix I have into 2.

1. It would be the same as I have now, but I will only use it to change issues of the data model and publish it to the service before each change.

2. Make a copy of the pbix but instead of getting the data source locally, take it from the model I have in the power bi service.

How can I do this?

    Hi Syndicate_Admin ,

    If I understand it correctly, you want to get data source from Service instead of locally.

    In your first step, if you have published the pbix to the Service, in your second step, you can select Get Date>Power Platform>Power BI datasets.
