Change the Default Zoom Level for a Single Point

I understand that the default zoom level for a single point in the native map visual is "US Zip Code".  I would like some control over that, because I have received a lot of feedback that this user experience is confusing, and bothersome because it requires the user then to manually zoom in every time it occurs.  

 

Can the Auto-Zoom (Boolean) and Zoom Level (Decimal) state be expression-based to allow for exceptions based on point count?
