Can we change the Text formatting of a measure using DAX?
For example, If I have a measure like
Hi team = " Hi Team, this is bold in black, italic in green "
I need the bold to be in bold & black and italic to be in italic & green. I would like to use this measure in a Card visual
Perhaps you could piece it together as HTML and display the visual as HTML. You'll need that HTML Custom visual though.
They really should allow Text box to be displayed as HTML and to use a DAX formula or field from a data source..

@Gangula,
Currently, it is not possible to change text formatting using DAX. There is a similar thread about this issue, please vote it up.
