Looks like you will have to ROUND the measures when you use them in measure3

3 years ago8.32% is 58 (more or less) so yes, I suspect that the real figures are not 756 or 697 exactly. There will be decimals in there which are not shown in the display but will be used in the measure formula.
That's my theory. You can prove it by formatting the measures to show a few decimal places.
