Change left panel (Pages Panel) style

I'm struggle trying to find a way to change Pages Panel appearence.

Anyone know how could I change background color, text color, title, icon, etc.?

Here is an example of what I wanna do to my dashboard:

    Hi Anonymous , Here is where you can change the theme if you are publishing to an app, when you update the app.  Pretty limited...
