Change format tablix

Those are the two reports (very similar),https://1drv.ms/u/c/15b0b3d87c057b67/IQABDSI1NvOXQokd7JdjjDXgATJaotRDwSmNtgCmat0fcyo?e=01KEI2 and https://1drv.ms/u/c/15b0b3d87c057b67/IQCy0seQiywuTZ-anTi2P8mBATtpkRFTTAqRYXbRcMMEp4M?e=hkXb6S , I would like to make the second column of the table 1/4 tighter and make the third column larger...

If I change anything in the report the footer organization change.

How to do it without affect the other components?

  • Hi jaweher899  - if you only adjust the column widths inside the table, the container size stays the same and layout doesn’t shift.

Select the Table visual on the report canvas.

In the Format pane → Column headers:

    Turn OFF Auto-size column width.

Hover over the header border between Column 2 and Column 3 inside the table visual.

    Drag the border to:

    Make Column 2 narrower

    Make Column 3 wider

This resizes only the internal columns, not the visual’s outer bounding box.
The footer and other visuals stay in place.

    Hope this helps.
