Change background color mobile layout

Hello everyone,

how can i change the background of the mobile view?
I have a blue background in the desktop view, I would like to have the same in the mobile view.

    azaterol whatever the color of the page background is, it will show on the mobile layout background, for example, in the following screenshot, the page background is blue and when I go to mobile layout, it shows me the blue background.
