Change Y axis to percentage and values numeric

Hi All

I need to create a Line chart where X axis is a Date of a month Say Nov2023,  Y axis i have converted that numeric to Percentage of total.SS of the values in tab form 

The same when i convbert to a line chart , I am not able to get the same values as 0-100% in Y axis the same chart shows a diff value.Please help me
