Change Y-Axis count for Stacked Chart

Hi All,   I'm looking to see if I can get a stacked column chart to have an arbitray Y-Axis.  I have a basic spreadsheet as the data source.  Two columns.  Column A is location, column B is count. ...

    icarder97 you can set the upper and lower bound ranges on the formatting pane. see below, you can give start and end value.
