Hi All,
I'm trying to create a stacked area chart with the year on the x-axis and another value (emissions abated) on the y-axis.
I would like to be able to change the start year of each index. e.g have a filter visual where the start year is selectable... so if Index 1 begins in 2022 it would be "Year+0" but if the Index was to start in 2024 it would be "Year+2"
I would like to have cards at the top of the page displaying the cumulative CAPEX, OPEX and Emissions Abated depending on the start year of projects.
Data is as follows, I have tried some disconnected tables and some what-if measures to no avail
Any help, or suggestions are greatly appreciated
Index | Year | Emissions Abated | CAPEX | OPEX |
1 | 2022 | 100 | $500 | $400 |
1 | 2023 | 100 | $0 | $1400 |
1 | 2024 | 80 | $0 | $1400 |
1 | 2025 | 80 | $0 | $1400 |
1 | 2026 | 70 | $0 | $0 |
2 | 2022 | 500 | $100 | $500 |
2 | 2023 | 400 | $0 | $500 |
2 | 2024 | 300 | $0 | $500 |
2 | 2025 | 300 | $0 | $500 |
2 | 2026 | 300 | $0 | $500 |
Thank you for providing the sample data. Please show expected outcome based on this sample data.
How many indices do you have in your actual data?
Tahnks @lbendlin, There are approx 20 indices in my actual dataset. Here is a mock-up of what I am aiming to achieve, albeit without the ability to change start year.
