Change Stacked Column Chart axis dynamically based on selections in related charts?

Hello,

For this question, a rough explanation of if what I am trying to do is feasible and if so how you would approach to solve would be great. I don't want to bother anyone for step-by-step directions.

Very crude example below, basically what I have is a series of bar charts which are all showing a similar metric but based on a different timestamp date.  Think of this as Customer Order data - each line of data has a Order Date, Shipment Date, and Delivery Date. The red charts on the left are summarizing data at a weekly level.

What I'd like to do with the blue bar chart (Stacked Column Chart) on the right is have it display the same Value no matter what, but have the Axis change dynamically between Order Date / Shipment Date / Delivery Date based on selections made to the red bar charts.  So for example if I click to select Order Date Metric Week 4, the axis of the blue chart would use Order Date, but then if I click Delivery Date Week 4, the blue chart axis would change to Delivery Date.

Thoughts? I used to do something very similar in Tableau, but I'm pretty green in PowerBI and haven't been able to figure out a method that works here.
