Change Source of Data

Hello,

 

I have created a report Page1 with lots of visual and formattig, source of teh Page is let's say \\NetworkDrive\Sample\Page1.xlsx. I have duplicated the Page1 to Page2. Now I only need to change the source of Page2 to \\NetworkDrive\Sample\SomeFile.xlsx.. Is it possible?

    Hi sabeensp 

    go to Home ribbon -> edit queries -> data source settings

    do not hesitate to give a kudo to useful posts and mark solutions as solution

      az38 But would it change the source of all visual on current page? I tried

       

      I highligted the Visual --> Edit Quries --> Data Sourec Settings --> I see both Sources --> I highlighted teh Sources which I want to point to --> Hit Close.

       

      Visuals stillng pointing to old source.

        also you can go to the Power Query editor mode, pick your data source in left mane and the edit Source step in the Right Pane 🙂
