Change Power bi focus mode background color

Hi,

Is there a way to change the background color when using focus mode on a visual?

My problem is that i'm using a dark background in my report and my font color is white, when i use focus mode i can't see my data

Totally agree! If the visual has no background selected in the main report it's because it overlaps other visuals or the report background has a specific design that needs to show behind the visual however, when presenting a visual (with no background) in Focus Mode this displays over a white background and looks terrible.

Visual background should match the report background or have at lest the option to select the visual background for when sharing in Focus Mode i.e. to options for the visual background : Focus Mode and Main Report

This is an issue in our reports as well. White text on white background in a focus mode slicer equals bad user experience.

You can set background color for individual visuals. AKAIK, there's no way to setting the background color only when in focus mode. You can submit your idea and Power BI Ideas and vote it up.

@Eric_Zhang How is that helpful?

I have custom backgrounds on my pages and the visual backgrounds are set to match the theme of the report with the opacities set to mostly transparent.

When I go to focus mode the visuals pretty much disappear into the background.
