Change Column into Row on Data Table

I have a data table listing below:

Using this data, I have created a table on PBI Desktop like so:

However I need to change how this is displayed so the 'branch' value is a column and the other values ('tabard' , 'deluxe polo' etc) show as rows (with a total column).

How do I do this? I've tried in power query but the only data I want to show is the totals of these columns.

So on the data table the columns in question are 'Branch' and all other uniform columns containing 'Quantity'

please help !
