Change 0(numeric type) as grey and blank(text type) as black

I would like to have change equal to 0 as grey color and change equal to blank as black color. I know that why my error message pop up but i dont know how to fix it that can fit my requirements.

Below is my DAX:

Q Color = SWITCH(TRUE(), 'Survey Data'[Change]>0, "#59A14F", 'Survey Data'[Change]<0,"#e15759",'Survey Data'[ Change]=0, "#bab0ac", 'Survey Data'[Change]= "", "black")

Below is the error message:

DAX comparison operations do not support comparing values of type Number with values of type Text. Consider using the VALUE or FORMAT function to convert one of the values.

better suited if change is a measure

so it is not possible for measured column? as i would like to use it for the conditional formatting  for the field value.
