I have a very strange issue with Power BI. I can't really replicate it without building a large model. I replicated the example below with all useful information.
I'm displaying a table visual that shows records from two tables, let's say Table A and Table B. There's a relation between Table A and B. I noticed I was missing some rows in my visual, in the example below Rows 2 and 3.
Name | Stage (Table B) | Created On | Updated On | URL |
Project A | Stage 1 | 2023-10-15 | 2023-10-15 | link 1 |
Project B | Stage 1 | 2023-10-06 | 2023-10-14 | link 4 |
When I added the ID from Table A to the visual, the rows appeared!
ID | Name | Stage (Table B) | Created On | Updated On | URL |
1 | Project A | Stage A | 2023-10-15 | 2023-10-15 | link 1 |
2 | Project A | Stage A | 2023-10-14 | 2023-10-14 | link 2 |
3 | Project A | Stage A | 2023-10-13 | 2023-10-14 | link 3 |
4 | Project B | Stage 1 | 2023-10-06 | 2023-10-14 | link 4 |
At first I though Power BI was removing redudant information, but there's different values in the timestamp columns and the URL
column.
What can be causing this issues?
Hi @michaeldewaele ,
This should be due to the relationship in your data models, please check your data models.
