I'm pretty sure it's a relationship issue.
Changing the visuals to use the Location column from Table2 fixes the issue, but breaks a lot of the other relationships, so I believe what I'm experiencing is an artefact of the intertable relationships.
Hopefully setting them up correctly will sort this out.
