    Hi klehar

Since your application key already has access to the Data Pools and the connection from Power BI is successful, this narrows the issue down further.

In Celonis, Power BI doesn’t read data directly from Data Pools. It only surfaces data from a Data Model built on top of those pools. So even if everything looks fine from a connection and access perspective, the Navigator will appear empty if there isn’t an active and accessible Data Model available.

Could you please double check whether you have a Data Model created from your Data Pool, and that it is fully loaded (not in a draft or inactive state)? Also, ensure that your application key or user has the necessary permissions specifically on that Data Model. Once that is in place, try reconnecting or refreshing the connection in Power BI. You should then be able to see the tables in the Navigator.

If you have already verified this and the issue persists, feel free to let us know. We will be happy to help you investigate further.
    Thank you.
