Celonis in Power BI
I’m trying to connect Celonis in Power BI
I created an Application Key but still don’t see any tables loaded after connection
What could be the issue?

Since your application key already has access to the Data Pools and the connection from Power BI is successful, this narrows the issue down further.
In Celonis, Power BI doesn’t read data directly from Data Pools. It only surfaces data from a Data Model built on top of those pools. So even if everything looks fine from a connection and access perspective, the Navigator will appear empty if there isn’t an active and accessible Data Model available.
Could you please double check whether you have a Data Model created from your Data Pool, and that it is fully loaded (not in a draft or inactive state)? Also, ensure that your application key or user has the necessary permissions specifically on that Data Model. Once that is in place, try reconnecting or refreshing the connection in Power BI. You should then be able to see the tables in the Navigator.If you have already verified this and the issue persists, feel free to let us know. We will be happy to help you investigate further.

Hi klehar - as per my observation, power BI connection succeeds, not an issue but no tables appear because the API key does not have access to any active data model or exposed tables in Celonis.
Can you please cross check and confirm.
Hey! This usually happens when the connection itself is fine, but Power BI can’t actually “see” any data behind it.
In most cases it’s a permissions thing on the Celonis side... even if you created the Application Key, it still needs access to a Data Model or Data Pool, otherwise the Navigator will show up empty like in your screenshot.
I’d double check that your key has the right scopes and that you have access to at least one published data model in that environment.
