Categorical line graph with multiple lines

Hi All, 

I have a line graph which looks something like this:

I want to convert this graph into a categorical one. However, when I do that, the graph becomes like this:

Is there a possible way for me to make it so that the lines are connected seperatly. It should look something like this but with 2 lines instead:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
