Cases where headers are correctly recognized in Power Query

As Bibiano_Geraldo mentioned, the problem you are experiencing happens quite often when working with data on a daily basis. When loading data from excel, it is possible that the table headers are not recognized correctly, and you need to manually set the first row of the table to be the header.
Sometimes there is a problem with table header recognition, sometimes there is only table name and column name without actual data after importing data, sometimes there is error in data importing and so on.
In this case, I usually try to refresh Power BI (click on the Refresh button)
If it still doesn't solve the problem. I will try to re-open a Power BI Deskop thread and re-import the data (clearing the original data cache), which in most cases solves the problem.
In general, if you are having problems processing data in power query, you can check the following areas.
Try to click the refresh button (usually in your background modified excel data source)

Caching problem: Power BI sometimes caches old data, causing the old data to be displayed even after the data is refreshed. Clearing the cache and re-importing the data usually solves the problem.
Data format issues: Make sure the data in the Excel file is formatted consistently, with no blank rows or columns, which can lead to data loading issues
Version compatibility: Make sure the Power BI and Excel versions are newer.
