Cascading issue in power bi report builder when publish report in power bi service or fabric.

I’ve created a report in Power BI Report Builder with 3 parameters (CaseID, ClassMember, and Rate), then published it as a Paginated Report on Power BI Service and published the report in Power BI service or fabric.

1. CaseID (Text) – Textbox
2. ClassMember (Text) – Textbox
3. Rate (Integer) – Dropdown

When entering a 'CaseID', the 'ClassMember' and 'Rate' parameters get populated. However, I’m facing two issues:
Issue 1 : After entering a CaseID and pressing ENTER, the 'ClassMember' and 'Rate' parameters show “Required” errors with greyed-out settings.
Issue 2 : When entering CaseID 2104, default settings load correctly (e.g., ClassMember : Total Class Members, Rate : Hide). But after entering a new CaseID (e.g., 385, ClassMember : Total Class Members, Rate : Show) and clicking outside, the parameters don’t refresh and still show the old values.
How can I resolve these issues? (I've attached a video for reference.)

Please feel free to correct me if I am using a different data structure than yours.

Regarding the first question, on the screenshot you provided it looks like it hasn't finished loading yet, do you have a large amount of data?  If you want the parameter to allow null values, then you can choose the option as shown below.

Regarding your second question, the following testing is for your reference.

The Value parameter is set as below.

Output:

When I entered the new ID and then clicked on the blank space.

Thank you for looking into the issue; I appreciate it. However, the problem I'm experiencing is slightly different. For your reference, please review the attached video, along with some details related to the issue.

then after I enter a new CaseID = 385, parameter 'ClassMember = 'Total Class Members-385' is not loaded, and is still showing value 'Total Class Members-2104'
