Hello.
I have two cards that each shows a measurement and in the Desktop version I see them well. The period separates the thousands and the comma the decimals. However, when you raise it to 365, the format of the number is changed and takes the comma as a thousand and goes from having 21.86,43 to 2.00E + 16. I can't find the problem. I guess it's some language settings or something but I don't find the problem. My Microsoft account is in Spanish, like my Windows.

Yes and nothing. I upload it to the service, it appears well, it is updated and changed. I download that same .pbix, open it with the Power Bi Desktop and that's fine.
Yes, leaving it as default or Spanish, both do the same thing.
Have you checked some similar post?
Have you tried to define the language in Power bi service? In the gear (settings) > General > Language
