Card with conditional column comparing dynamic numbers

I would lilke to create a card with conditional formating that compares two dynamic columns in seprate tables,  Column1 calculates "days until funds must be spent", column 2 calculates "current pace ...

    I think you could set conditional formatting in table directly, you could refer to my sample for details.
