sounds like a strange issue. Do you have a copy of the PBI file i could take a look at?
Alternatively can you try replicating one of the pages it works on and copying any visuals from the page it doesn't work on over to that page.

Helper II have copied all the visuals to new pages and the counts are now fine. I don't know what happened but this trick worked.
