Card value before any filters applied

Thanks amitchandak , however I do not want to disable the interactions as I need the card to change and display a value when a country is selected from the 'market' slicer. Essentially, in the table for rank columnn there is a row where country is equal to 'Global' and the rank value is 7. This is the first row in the column, is there a measure I can use to pick up this value and display it, before the slicer is used and then a country's value displays? There is only one row per country.
