Card to display blank unless filter selected
Hello, my tool has multiple cards to display data. The goal is to make it easy for our sales force to access certain SKU prices via their mobile devices while they are in the field. I would ideally like to make all three of the grey cards blank until the top four (not including retailer) have a selection made.
THe formula here is an example of one i have found in the forums to use. It unfortunately is clashing with the card visual. So does "INT(IFFILTERED=TABLE)" formulas. They work on other visuals so this is something specific to card visuals.
You could write some formula that returns blank unless something is selected in the slicers. Something like
if(isfiltered(table[column]) && isfiltered(table[column]) && isfiltered(table[column])),<your formula>,blank())

it's a known issue that the cards doesn't allow filters
as a workaround, we can use a workaround as 2 measures to make the font and the background of the card transparent if nothing is selected.see full solution here
