Card showing Blank

Hi   I have a Dashboard that is run off of an excel spreadsheet. Here is my problem I have a Notes section where there currently is nothing so when it gets loaded into my Power Bi dashboard it says...

IF(ISBLANK(MAX([Notes]))," ",MAX([Notes])
