Card control is take time for loading

I have four standard simple Card control, they are taking time for load, even a table control which link to the same data table is faster than a card control.

What do you mean "Card control"? Do you create card visuals in Power BI Desktop and it is too slow for the card visuals to load data? What fields do you use to create the cards?

Sorry I am new to powerbi.

Yes, I used card visual, basically I have four card visuals and a table visual in one page, if I remove those four card visuals, then loading time is from 16s down to 5s, so I believe Card visuals affected performance. I used below fields to make four individual card.

What load time do you refer to? Do you mean the load time of report or these card visuals?

The loading time of the report. It spends around 16 seconds, If I remove those four card visual, it spends within 6 seconds.

I tried search where the Private Message button is, I found someone post a picture the Private Message is supposed to be inside of your profile page under Contact Me. But I went to there I cound find Private Message option.
