Card and Card With States Data Label moves when data is refreshed

Hi Everyone,

I'm creating a dashboard using Cards and now Cards with States by OkViz, and getting a strange behavior.  The cards display the data one way in Power BI Desktop, but when I load to Power BI service, the cards where the title is word wrapped display the data label lower in the card.  When you hit the data refresh button in the Power BI service the data labels move back into the "correct position."  So when the report loads, the formatting is incorrect, but when the data refreshes it looks as designed.

 

Has anyone experienced this before?  Is there a fix?  I switched from Cards to Cards with States and it initially fixed the problem, but the issue came back.

    BI_Brian If you are using visual from marketplace, I think you need to reach out to developer to see if it is known issue. and they have fix for it.

      Thanks for the reply parry2k .  I'm using both the Card visual provided within Power BI, and also experiencing the same behavior from a visual within the marketplace.   I will reach out to the vendor, but I'm hoping someone else has come across this issue and figured out why it is occuring.

    Hi BI_Brian ,

    By my tests with the latest version of Power BI Desktop, I cannot reproduce your issue.

    Please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop firstly 2.69.5467.1751.

    If you have this issue, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue and the screenshot in your Power BI Service about the card which could show the issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
