Card Visualization doesn't show the info

I'm currently working with a report that has 3 cards, one for the min value, one for the avg value & one for the max value of the time that each customer services representative takes to resolve one case. I'm haveing these three cards for each posible status of a case: Active, Canceled and Resolved.

So, after the brief explanation,

so, if anyone has any idea of why is this happening, i would really appreciate your help

thnaks in advance.

  • Hi MFelix

Yeah, in fact that user doesn't have any canceled or active cases. so that's why the (blank) value. The thing was that the card for MAX value wasn't showing anything. Not even the (blank).

I ran another check through the dashbord and found the problem. sinche a clud shared pibx file, someone changed the Card visualization for a Card with States custom visual and added the status as a Trend Axis. Removing that value solved the issue.

    Thanks for your time

  • Hi rodrigo_sanchez,

What I believe is happening is that the information regarding the users you selected on the slicers don't have any values that's why you have blanks onn your cards.

Check in your data if the user Alejandra Rizo as any active cases and cancelled cases, from what I can see you won't find any results.

If tha tis not the case can you share a sample of your file.

    Regards,

    MFelix
