Card Visual showing a different Result (Category)

    Please use the measure:

     

    StarRating = 
FIRSTNONBLANKVALUE (
    'Fact'[Date],
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( 'Dimension'[category] ),
        KEEPFILTERS ( 'Dimension'[Rating Value] = MAX ( 'Fact'[Store Rating] ) )
    )
)

VahidDM - Yes they are connected to each other. I've attached a sample pbix for reference
