Card Visual lock in place

Is there a way to lock a Card Visual in place?  I have a matrix visual with horizontal scrolling.  I want to use Cards as headers but when the user scrolls right or left the Card Visual moves.

HI v-jingzhang  Thank you for your suggestion.    The reason I wanted to use the cards as headers is so they can dynamically change based on the slicer selection of year.   

So, when the user selects Nov 2022 for example, we will show prior 12 months based on that selection.   When the user selects Oct 2022, we will show prior 12 months based on that selection.   I'm not sure your solution can do that?

Are your current "CurMonth-12"/"CurMonth-11"/"CurMonth-10" from a column in a table or measure names? If they are column values, it may be possible. Can you provide some dummy data to show the table you have? Do you have a date table in the model?
