Yes, one of many things that should be fixed.

You can work around this issue by using a multiple row card and choosing a color for the vertical bar that will blend into your background.

Hi @Anonymous 

There is currently no option to align the data label within a card visual. 

The work around would be to make your card visual the smallest size possible to display the full data label.

It may be worth posting this as a suggestion in the powerbi ideas section as i think it would be a good addition.
