Card Conditional Formatting based on comparing Measures

Create a new Measure:
FontColour = IF( [OrdersLastSunday] < [AvgOrdersSunday], "Red", "Green" )In the Orders Last Sunday card visual, use the Font formatting rules and point to this new measure.
Please refer to attached pbix file if necessary.
Edit: I haven't taken into account where they are equal. You can choose red, green or an alternate colour.

If you don't like the default "Red" and "Green", you can get a little fancier and use the #hexcode of the colours of your choosing.
