Helper IIICapturing a Snapshot in Time
Hello, Is there a way to capture a snapshot of data in time?
My data is connected to SQL database, data changes daily, I need to capture data as it was in that point time.
I have not attempted anything like this yet but I was thinking of power automate to schedule a write out of file to shared drive
Then, reading it back in with as of date...
Are there any other options?

Unknowncharacte I think that is what makes more sense. Why do you even want to do that from Power BI. Cannot you do it at the SQL level?
UnknowncharacteIn order to set up a process for snapshot data in SQL in my company, it would take a long time and money. Department that handles the database will charge my department for the work that needs to be done. I only have access to the data, I cannot manupulate anything.

Unknowncharacte Yes, Power Automate then. What's the reasoning for taking a snapshot of yesterday's data? How you are planning to use it?
