Capacity comparison versus the size of the area

Hi Fam,

We have a list of cities and the number of tasks per city. 
We are trying to do a comparison between the size of the area and the number of tasks versus the other places. 
The main insight that we are after is to ensure we have enough drivers in the area regardless of the size of the area.

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
