Hi,
I'm trying to find a report consuming alot of CPU(s) from the capacity.
I can see the artifact(dataset) in the Capacity Metric App when drill trough to "TimePoint Detail" , but we have alot of reports on this dataset. I know I can export the "view reports" activities from the auditlog but this is not so easy when testing in realtime when it's multiple reports I need to test.
I guess I need to monitor my sessions when clicking on a report and see the CPU(s) for that report as in "TimePoint Detail".
I have tried to build an own report on existing Capacity Metric dataset, but it looks like I can't view table "TimePointInteractiveDetail" for my user for example for one day. Looks like you always need to drill through on a TimePoint.
Do you have any tips on how to find the report causing this in an easy way?
Hello,
you could try installing and using Report Analyzer that would help you see which report is taking more time to load.
Here is a link to the tool https://github.com/m-kovalsky/ReportAnalyzer
Here is a link to a video that shows you how to use it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WT_5nOPdbqk&t=2912s
If I answered your question, please mark my post as solution so it would appeare to others, Appreciate your Kudos 👍

Hi,
A quick look of this tool it look like I need to have all PBIX files.
In this case I'm working in the centralized BI team and have build the global reports for all countries on this dataset.
But we have developers in 20 countries, that build their own reports on this dataset. And we do not have a repository for all countries with all the pbix files.
Is it possible to find the report in that case with this tool?
What I know that with this tool you should do it for each PBIx file, because you need to get the performance analyzer logs.
